About Tonada

Tonada is the AI sound layer for the physical world. We create bespoke, royalty-free music exclusively for brands - music that belongs entirely to them, adapts to their environment in real time, and can be used across their locations and marketing channels.

We are a team with backgrounds from Spotify, Wolt/ DoorDash and Klarna. We are growing fast across Sweden, the Nordics, DACH and Singapore and we are now building the sales team to match our ambition.

This is an early-stage role with real ownership. You will be one of the first salespeople at Tonada and will help us scale into a category defining company.

The role

You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to signing contracts. Your focus will be on enterprise accounts across one or more of our core verticals - Retail, F&B, Hospitality and Wellness. You will work closely with Co-Founder Jonathan (CCO) and report directly to him as we build out the commercial team.

What you will do:

  • Own outbound prospecting, discovery, demo and closing across your vertical
  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts across the Nordics
  • Run live music demos that show brands what their sound could be - this is the close
  • Work with the founding team to refine the sales process and ICP
  • Represent Tonada at industry events and through your own network
  • Help shape the playbook that will be used to hire and onboard future AEs

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with deep industry knowledge in one or more of our target verticals - Retail, F&B, Hospitality or Wellness. This is not a nice-to-have. You need to understand how brands in these verticals buy, who makes the decisions and what they care about. You know how multi-location chains operate, you are comfortable in C-level conversations and you close.

You will thrive here if you:

  • Have 3-7 years of enterprise B2B sales experience with proven results in Retail, F&B, Hospitality or Wellness
  • Have a track record of owning the full sales cycle and hitting quota
  • Are comfortable with outbound - you build pipeline, you do not wait for it
  • Have experience selling to CMOs, CEOs, Brand Directors or Operations leads at chains
  • Are based in Stockholm and have the right to work in Sweden
  • Speak fluent Swedish and English

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Bilingual skills relevant to our GTM markets - for example German, Norwegian or Danish
  • An existing network in Retail, F&B, Hospitality or Wellness in the Nordics
  • Experience selling brand, experience or SaaS solutions
